Websites are created from WordPress templates which are modified with customer information including name, logo, images and content.
Customers are responsible for providing ALL website content, including images, text and logo.
Payment
Payment services used are Payoneer and PayPal.
Customers are expected to pay whether in part or full for all services before the job begins. The amount to be paid will depenon the service and noted price or any greed price invoiced for.
Web design services that will be paid over a long term period will attract an administration fee which will be added to the total price.
Refund
Some payments will be refundable, while others will not be.
Website and directory submissions are non-refundable.
Web design services are refundable only within the first 12 hours of payment.
Other services may be refundable base on the agreement.

Content
All articles on the website are for reference only.
Do not copy website content unless given permission to do so. However, please feel free to reference or excerpt article as long as credit is given.
Content Contribution
We do accept article contributions, so please feel free to submit articles. You will be accredited as author and retain all rights to the article. We however ask that the same article not be reprinted elsewhere online.
In the case where we have paid for an article, we retain all rights and can republish if necessary. You may or may not be listed as author.
GENERAL
If you experience any difficulties with the functionality of the website, please let us know so we can address the issue/s. We aim to provide a great experience for our visitors.

Under no circumstances do we sell or disclose the email address or other contact information of any of our customers or content users. You can rest assured that your information is secure with us.
We do not send information asking our customers and website users for any personal and financial details including credit card.
